Rules show, hide, and require one or more fields — or a whole group of them at once — based on another field's answer. They run live as someone fills out the form — no code required. Fields are matched by their Unique ID (or an auto-generated one from the label if it's blank) — give fields with similar labels distinct Unique IDs in Properties so rules can tell them apart.
Actions fire a one-off notification email the moment this form is submitted — no approval workflow required. Optionally make one conditional on an answer, like emailing a student's advisor only when a certain box is checked.
